Mental Wellbeing what is it and how can you achieve it

Explosive Anger, debilitating Sadness, overwhelming Fear, unresolvable Hurt, terrible Guilt, internal Conflict, Depression Anxiety & Stress, PTSD, Trauma, Grief, Loss & Bereavement, Addiction – Alcohol, Drugs, Nicotine, Gambling etc, Loneliness, Insomnia, Eating Disorders, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Pain Management, Fears & Phobias.

Do you associate with any of the above or other similar conditions and have you tried to manage on your own or been for traditional therapy only to find it didn’t resolve the issue?

You are not alone, whilst not an exhaustive list, the above gives an insight into the kind of conditions many people live with and try to self manage.

I understand and can empathise because I had my own problems and went for many years without finding answers until I met an NLP Master Practitioner who said to me “stupid boy come and see me and let’s sort this out”. She was as good as her word and my life changed forever.

I now am also an NLP Master Practitioner, an NLP Master Coach and a TimeLine Therapy Master Practitioner plus I have many years experience in the field of life and how to live it while trying to keep the truth from the people around me. I help others overcome their mental battles in exactly the same way that I was helped too.

Behaviours, thoughts and feelings are driven by your unconscious mind – it’s your unconscious mind that runs the strategies and patterns of behaviour that run every second of every day – most of them you’re not even aware of.

We look to change things at the unconscious level, which for most people means permanently (contrast that with CBT and Counselling which work only with the conscious mind meaning the change is harder, less effective and takes much longer).

Transformational Life Coaching using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Time Line Therapy is focused on changing your thoughts to improve your mental health. But can you really banish anxiety, fear, stress, depression etc. by controlling your thoughts?

Happily the answer to that question is invariably yes because your unconscious thoughts are exactly why you are in this situation in the first place.

Many people hold on to experiential anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, conflict and other negative emotions and emotional baggage which hinder their lives and their performance within that life. This in turn stops them from achieving true happiness and success.

So what would it mean to you to let go of everything that is holding you back? Live life free of negative feelings, limiting beliefs and decisions and be free from phobias and trauma?

Free from unconscious limitations and have the confidence to go for what you want? What would it mean to be able to put goals in your future and to actually achieve them? That job you always wanted, but never thought you were good enough. That can be said for so many things that you may never have “gone” for, simply because of limiting beliefs.

You know you are more than that. Don’t you? You know you deserve to be happy and have what you want. In using NLP and Time Line Therapy® we deal with each clients’ past, present and future and will help you create the future you desire and deserve.

Depression is often categorised as something associated with being weak or it’s not real. It’s seen as a sign of lethargy or laziness. However, people going through depression feel that they can’t do anything

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

People who suffer from phobias, traumas, and post-traumatic stress disorder can now benefit from several new and highly effective NLP techniques that have been shown valuable in facilitating healing

Non life threatening trauma can come from disturbing or traumatic experiences, including exposure to marital infidelity, bullying at work, loss of livelihood or family, divorce, or other stressful events such as litigation.

In standard medical terms pain is treated using medication however these are associated with myriad unpleasant side effects, some more serious than others. Change the internal representation of pain (such as its colour).

Fears & Phobias

When facing the phobic trigger, activating the anchor helps access the positive state and reduces fear. Recall a time of confidence, intensify the feeling, and set the anchor. Use it in real-life situations to manage fear.
